About the role
I start and build companies and move fast using AI as the engine — but I don't want to be the one chasing leads and doing the outreach. That's where you come in. I'm looking for a Founder Associate who loves talking to people: someone who gets our products in front of customers, starts the conversations, runs the demos, and turns interest into the first paying users — while also using AI and no-code to help build and ship fast.
It's a seat next to the founder across multiple ventures: from "is this worth doing?" to "it's live and getting its first customers" — with you owning the part that actually reaches people.
The mission
Take ideas from zero to shipped-and-selling — and be the person who does the reaching out, so our products actually find customers.
What you'll do
- Own outreach: find and contact prospects every day via DM, WhatsApp, email, and calls and enjoy it
- Talk to people: run demos, handle objections, follow up, and turn interest into paying customers
- Build with AI (with me): ship MVPs, landing pages, and automations using AI + no-code (Claude, Cursor/Replit, Lovable, Supabase, Vercel)
- Go to market: build lead lists, write outreach copy, run experiments, get the first users
- Operate and orchestrate: manage freelancers and AI agents, keep a simple CRM, document what works
Who you are
- You love talking to people and doing outreach, this is the #1 requirement. You start conversations with strangers and don't mind following up
- An excellent, persuasive communicator, warm, confident, persistent
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; based in Brazil
- Comfortable using AI and no-code tools to help build and ship (you don't need to be an engineer)
- High agency — thrive in ambiguity, self-direct, finish things. Low ego, bias to action
Compensation
Flexible and performance-weighted; contract, part-time, or full-time, with cash plus meaningful upside (commission on customers you bring, plus profit share / equity). We start with a short paid trial.
