Responsibilities
- Act in the governance and compliance of fiscal receipt processes
- Define, review and maintain tax policies, standard operating procedures and technical guidelines
- Assess and mitigate tax risks in the receipt of fiscal documents (materials, inputs, coprocessing and freight)
- Serve as a technical reference for operational teams and partner areas
- Support tax closings and internal and external audits from a control and compliance perspective
- Monitor quality indicators, tax adherence and recurrence of errors
- Work on process mapping projects (AS IS / TO BE), root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Interact with Tax and IT teams to review SAP configurations, validations and controls
- Promote standardization and a culture of continuous improvement in the area
Requirements
- Solid experience in Fiscal Receiving and governance
- Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, CFOP, NCM and withholdings)
- Strong knowledge of SAP, with an understanding of configurations and controls
- Consultative, analytical and process-structuring profile
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead process improvements
- Organized, critical thinker and compliance-focused
- Bachelor's degree completed
