Responsibilities

• Monitor the investment project portfolio, participate in governance forums and guide areas/business units on Capex processes, deadlines and procedures.
• Analyze financial modeling, economic feasibility analyses and evaluations of new investments.
• Consolidate Capex forecasts, identify schedule, cost and scope variances and propose corrective actions.
• Support investment prioritization processes considering strategic, financial, regulatory and operational criteria.
• Assess project maturity, ensuring the quality of assumptions, schedules, estimates and documentation.
• Act as an internal consultant in project and investment management, promoting best practices and increasing organizational maturity.
• Develop and maintain executive indicators and dashboards to monitor the portfolio.
• Support investment approval processes with Committees, the Board of Directors and other corporate forums.
• Identify portfolio risks and support the definition of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to corporate investment policies, governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Capex management, financial feasibility analysis and project portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and financial modeling.
• Experience with management indicators and financial consolidation.
• Ability to communicate with different organizational levels.
• Analytical, organized profile and oriented to data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing investment portfolios.
• Knowledge in risk analysis and economic sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or equivalent systems.
• Experience in infrastructure, logistics, energy or capital-intensive industries.
