To provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise:
- Drive end-to-end process for new business implementations from requirements to deployment.
- Assess feasibility of change requirements and provide solutions with timelines.
- Support new business implementations, including system building from scratch.
- Assist solutioning team with architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Understand and implement functional and technical design on ERP systems.
- Customize, extend, modify, or integrate existing products through coding and testing.
- Implement business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
- Write code adhering to development standards.
- Provide product support and resolve technical issues.
- Create automation tools for process optimization.
- Align technical and functional project requirements and advise accordingly.
- Support on-site and off-site managers with necessary details.
- Skill Upgradation and Competency Building:
- Complete Wipro exams and certifications to upgrade skills.
- Attend training and seminars to enhance domain knowledge.
- Publish papers, articles, and case studies on the intranet.
Performance Metrics
- Customer project contributions: quality, SLA adherence, tickets resolved, customer satisfaction.
- Process automation and optimization.
- Skill development: trainings completed, publications written.
Mandatory Skills: Selenium.
Experience: 5-8 years.
